Main Applications
CARX Compound Quick Exhaust Valve is designed for water-based pipeline systems to enhance the efficiency of water conveyance equipment and prevent deformation and rupture of
pipelines. As an essential component of pipeline systems, it is installed at the highest points of pipelines, locations prone to air pockets, and pump discharge outlets to discharge entrapped
air, restore unobstructed flow, and ensure normal system operation. Without this valve, airlocks may occur, causing the pipeline's water discharge capacity to fail to meet design requirements.
Additionally, sudden pump shutdowns or power outages can generate negative pressure, leading to pipeline vibration or rupture. The rapid air release valve instantly draws in ambient air to
neutralize negative pressure, safeguarding pipeline integrity.
Working Principle
When air accumulates in the system, gas gathers in the upper chamber of the valve. As gas pressure within the valve increases and exceeds the system pressure, the elevated gas level forces
the water level in the chamber to drop. This causes the float assembly to descend with the water level, opening the vent port to discharge air. Once the air is fully expelled, the water level rises,
lifting the float assembly to seal the vent and halt air release.
Structural Features
1. Effectively eliminates entrapped air in pipelines, minimizes flow resistance, and conserves energy.
2. Air discharge capacity is multiple times higher than conventional double-orifice air release valves.
3. Automatically and rapidly draws in ambient air under negative pressure conditions to prevent pipeline rupture.
4. Stainless steel float ball ensures extended service life and safe, reliable operation.
