Features
Remote control float valve is part of a hydraulic control nozzle system that includes the main valve, needle valve, ball valve, float valve, micro-filter, and other components. After configuration, it enables automatic control of liquid levels. The remote control float ball valve utilizes direct liquid level control without requiring additional devices or energy sources, ensuring easy maintenance, high precision in liquid level control, and reliable sealing performance unaffected by water pressure. This type of valve is widely applied in water supply network systems, including water towers, reservoirs, high-rise buildings, and residential areas.
When water enters the pipeline from the inlet end, the needle valve, ball valve, and float valve remain open, allowing water to flow through the micro-filter, needle valve, control chamber, ball valve, and float valve into the reservoir. At this point, no pressure forms within the control chamber, keeping the main valve open and enabling water supply to the water tower (reservoir). As the water level in the water tower (reservoir) rises to the preset height, the float ball ascends to close the float ball valve. This action increases the water pressure within the control chamber, prompting the main valve to close and halting the water supply. When the water level decreases, the float ball valve reopens, reducing the water pressure in the control chamber and reopening the main valve to resume water supply, thereby maintaining the preset liquid level height.
